Welcome to Audiovisual and Collaborative Services!

The audiovisual part of our team is responsible for recording lectures, events, VIP visits etc., and for digitizing and publishing the material on the web. You can access all archived audio and video material in the CERN Document Server (CDS).

The collaborative part of the service is responsible for all the activities that include videoconference over IP: planning, designing and maintaining the videoconferencing facilities at CERN, integration of videconferencing services and desktop videoconferecing. Indico - CERN's tool for event and conference management, including video services management, as well as an integrated room booking system) is also integral part of our Collaborative Services.
