Welcome to the Webcast Service
|
The CERN Webcast Service opens CERN lectures and seminars to universities,
schools and to the general public. This service allows you to watch live
webcasts 'as they happen' or watch archived lectures at your convenience.
Live webcasts
Live webcasts can be viewed on this page and are offered in both Windows Media format and Flash format, with
players for Windows, Mac OS X and Linux.
We can currently do live webcasts in the following CERN meeting rooms:
- Main Amphitheatre
- Council Chamber
- IT Amphitheatre
Archived webcasts
Once the webcasted event is over, its video will be made available for offline viewing. You can search for recently recorded lectures and events (e.g. recorded
workshops, conferences or important talks) on the CERN Document Server (CDS), or by clicking on any of the links in the Search rubrik in the left menu.
